About Green Pathways

A small team who know you by name

We're a locally run disability support provider with teams based in North Geelong and Leongatha. Every person we support matters to us.
Our story

Why Green Pathways exists

Green Pathways grew out of a personal and professional commitment to helping people with disability live the life they choose, with support that respects who they are.
Our directors bring years of hands-on experience in complex care, specialist education and compliance, and they still support people directly. Our Registered Nurse helps guide how we support people's health needs.
We're a small, locally run team based in Geelong and Leongatha, with deep roots in South Gippsland, growing carefully with people who share our values.

Our mission

To deliver person-centred supports that promote independence, dignity and inclusion for every participant we serve.

Our vision

A community where people with disability are fully included, respected, and able to exercise genuine choice and control over their lives.

Our purpose

To make a genuine, lasting difference — every interaction, every day. We invest in real relationships and real outcomes.
Everyone is welcome

Support that respects who you are

We warmly welcome all people with disability, whatever their culture, language, faith, gender identity, sexuality, age or communication needs. If anything makes it hard to access our services, tell us and we'll find a solution together.
We can arrange interpreters, provide information in your preferred format, and adapt our supports to your cultural and individual needs.

Where we're headed

Growing, carefully

We're working toward full NDIS registration and growing our team of support workers who share our values. Today we support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, as well as people who fund their own supports — with pricing that aligns with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
Acknowledgement of Country
Green Pathways acknowledges the Wadawurrung people as the Traditional Custodians of the Geelong region, and the Traditional Custodians of the South Gippsland region, where we live and work. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and we warmly welcome Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to our services.
