Our home base
Green Pathways is a local NDIS provider supporting people across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast. We support people at home and out in the community in Geelong, Belmont, Highton, Lara, Corio, Norlane, Leopold, Drysdale, Portarlington, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Torquay and surrounding areas.
You'll have a consistent support worker who gets to know you, your routine and what you enjoy. We make the most of what the region offers — the waterfront, beaches, parks, footy, markets and local groups — so your supports reflect the life you want to live.
