Green Pathways helps people with disability.
We are a small team in Geelong and Leongatha.
We support people in Geelong, the Bellarine, the Surf Coast and South Gippsland.
What we do
Individual Support: we help you with everyday things.
Community Access: we help you get out and do things you like.
Respite Care: we give families and carers a break.
How to start
1. Fill in our form, or book a call back.
2. We will call you back. This takes about 1 working day.
3. We meet to talk about what you want.
4. You meet your support worker.
