About us

Who we are and what we do

Are you a registered NDIS provider?

We are working toward NDIS registration. Until then, we are an unregistered provider regulated by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and we follow the NDIS Code of Conduct.

Do you provide high intensity supports?

We are working toward registration for high intensity supports, such as complex bowel care and enteral feeding. Until that is in place, we will be upfront about what we can and cannot support right now. Tell us about your needs and we will talk it through.

Where do you support people?

Across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast, and across South Gippsland. Our teams are based in North Geelong and Leongatha.

What services do you offer?

Individual Support (assistance with daily life), Community Access (social and community participation) and Respite Care — at home, in the community, overnight or on a short stay.
Funding and cost

Using your funding

Can I use my NDIS funding with you?

Yes, if your plan is self-managed or plan-managed. We cannot currently support plans managed by the NDIA (agency-managed). We also support people who fund their own supports.

What do you charge?

We follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, and we charge the same rates for everyone, including people who fund their own supports.
Getting started

Your first steps

How do I get started?

Fill in our short form, book a call back or email service_enquiries@greenpathways.com.au. We will get back to you within one business day.

Can we meet before starting?

Yes. We arrange a welcome meeting to talk about your goals, preferences, culture and how you like to be supported. You meet your support worker, and we set a schedule together.

I only have a question. Is that okay?

Of course. You do not need to be ready to start. Book a call back or send us a message and we will help however we can.
Support and safety

Your support team

Will I have the same support worker?

We aim for consistent, familiar workers, so you are not meeting someone new every time.

Are your workers checked and trained?

Every worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and completes the NDIS Worker Orientation Module before supporting anyone. Our team also holds First Aid and CPR, and Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent.

What is respite?

Respite gives families and carers a break, knowing their person is safe and well looked after. We offer it at home, out in the community, overnight, or as a short-term accommodation (STA) stay.

Can I reach someone after hours?

Current participants can reach our on-call line 24/7.

Not happy with something?

We want to know. You can give feedback or raise a concern any time, and you can stay anonymous.
